Google Brand Campaign

Mercha — 2025

This brand re-marketing campaign’s purpose was simple — to re-engage visitors, communicate our unique selling point and convert them into a customer.

Brief:
The objective was to re-engage high-intent visitors, reinforce Mercha’s unique selling proposition, and drive conversions. While many merchandise companies claim that you can order merch online, their platforms lack functional ‘Add to Cart’ and ‘Checkout’ systems. That’s where Mercha is different. On mercha.com.au, the customer can upload their logo, add to cart and checkout within minutes. A full self-service experience. This Google brand campaign needed to showcase the ease of ordering online within minutes.

Concept:
The creative execution combined a laptop interface with key UI elements, while merchandise assets dynamically emerged from the screen to visually demonstrate the seamless online ordering process. A “Your Logo” placeholder was applied to the bottle to represent user customisation, reinforcing the simplicity of uploading a logo. The curved background design mirrored the curve of the Mercha logotype ‘a’, providing subtle brand cohesion. Altogether, the visual direction communicated Mercha’s core value proposition — ordering merch online in minutes — with clarity and distinction, while remaining consistent with brand identity.
