Heidi Health — 2024

In January 2024, Heidi launched a new business model and shifted focus on only Heidi product, previously known as ‘Scribe’.

Part of the Go to Market strategy for this relaunch was to have clear and concise content that explained what Heidi does and how to use its’ features.

The 3D animation would be used on the website and during Sales demo meetings — this content would be like the ‘teaser trailer’ to Heidi. While the 2D animations would explain specific features within Heidi and how to use them; such as the record & scribe button, consult summary, AI prompt and save templates.

3D Animation Process:
We collaborated with the incredible BHLY Studio to create the Heidi 3D ‘teaser trailer’ animation. After initial discussions, Miriam and the Heidi design team compiled a formal brief including product walk-through screen recordings and UI Figma files. Miriam was the point of contact between Brad and the Heidi Go to Market team. Therefore after each round of feedback, Miriam would consolidate all feedback and organise it a way that would make it easy to execute for Brad.

2D Animation Process:
We collaborated with the amazing Jess Riley to create the Heidi product feature 2D animations. Miriam had previously worked with Jess to create the Good Things logo animation. Miriam specified in the brief to isolate the product features and show how they work, not displaying full UI screen of the platform.

Scribe

The ‘Scribe’ feature of Heidi allows clinicians to record their consultation and Heidi will transcribe the notes.

Visit

Once the consult notes have been, the clinician then has the option to the tone of voice or writing style.

Prompt

Heidi Prompt allows clinicians to request any document, rewrite notes or provide relevant billing codes.

Logo Animation

Miriam storyboarded the logo animation concept and briefed it to Jess. The Heidi design team gave some feedback, but this project was primarily lead by Miriam and executed by the animator, Jess Riley.
